CE marking
When required, concrete elements are CE marked in accordance with the European product standard for that type of element. The CE mark is not a quality mark, but a form of common European product declaration indicating fulfilment of a range of minimum criteria. The CE mark is applied to the delivery note.
CE marking only applies to those aspects stated in annex ZA of the relevant European product standard.
When revising our FPC system (quality assurance system) for compliance with the CE requirements, we opted to compare the general, ordinary requirements (as a whole) of the common standard for European product standards EN 13369, and the specific requirements of the relevant product standards, with the requirements of DS482/DS411, EN206-1 (and DS2426), EN ISO 9001, Danish legislation and our existing production and quality assurance system. This resulted in very few changes to be able to fulfil the CE marking requirements.
We have thus opted to retain the general and stricter product requirements in accordance with DS482.
We apply generally accepted design models and documented long-term experience. If design of manufacturing methods are changed significantly, full consideration to type testing is given.
